If you would like us to activate your old cell phone under our plans we would need to know the following. The zip code in which you intend the phone to be used under and the ESN number of the phone. You can locate the ESN number by pulling off your back cover and battery.  Not all phones have the ESN behind the phone, there is also a HEX number or DEC number, either one will do. We cannot in no way activate GSM carrier phones such as. The phones that are compatible are. They have to be CDMA carriers. You can google your phone to see which carrier it is. (we cannot activate brand new phones for you as our company does not allow it)

There is a $29.99 activation fee that is charged only if we can activate it for you.
